Joe Farre has served as President and Founder of Sigma Engineering Solutions, Inc since 2006. Joe brings more than 34 years of bridge design, demolition, and transportation experience to the local and international engineering market. Joe's experience include design and demolition of projects throughout the US and abroad. Disaster response has been an integral part of Joe's engineering practice in both the private, and public sectors, and includes participation in large scale disaster response as part of the FEMA Nevada Task Force 1 Urban Search and Rescue Team, as well as private emergency response to disasters and collapses both nationally and abroad. |

In his role, Mr. Yost is responsible for providing leadership and developing the strategy to create exceptional customer experiences and overseeing the operations at the 4.6 million square foot Las Vegas Convention Center. As part of his Las Vegas Convention Center oversight, he leads the current multimillion-dollar capital and renovation planning for the legacy Convention Center facilities. Mr. Yost also helps drive visitation to the destination by leading the team that solicits and secures signature citywide sports and special events such as the 2022 NFL Pro Bowl and NFL Draft, Super Bowl LVIII in 2024 and the NCAA Men’s basketball Final Four in 2028. Prior to joining the LVCVA in 2018, Mr. Yost was the owner and founder of Meliora Consulting, LLC, a full-service consultancy firm focused on the hospitality industry. Throughout his illustrious 35-year career, he has served as President of Amphitheaters and President of Onsite Products for Live Nation Entertainment, Vice President of Development for Harrah’s Entertainment, and various senior leadership roles with Marriott International, The Walt Disney Company and Universal Studios. A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Mr. Yost graduated from Dickinson College with a bachelor’s degree in political science. In addition to his work in the industry, Mr. Yost is passionate about sustainability, serving on the board of a reusable foodservice wares manufacturer and speaking at various industry conferences. The LVCVA is charged with marketing Southern Nevada as a tourism and convention destination worldwide and with operating the 4.6 million-square-foot Las Vegas Convention Center. With more than 150,000 hotel rooms and 15 million square feet of meeting and exhibit space in Las Vegas alone, the LVCVA's mission centers on attracting leisure and business visitors to the area. The LVCVA also owns the Las Vegas Convention Center Loop, an underground tunnel designed by The Boring Company and the Las Vegas Monorail, an elevated 3.9-mile system with seven stops throughout the resort corridor. |

Tom is a civil engineer with over 26 years of engineering experience in both the private and public sectors in Southern Nevada. He has a broad range of work experience in various disciplines including: project management, specifications, QA/QC review and compliance, due diligence/feasibility, planning and entitlements, drainage/hydrology, cost estimating, site civil design and grading, mapping, asset management, GIS, off-site/on-site improvements, computer aided design (CAD), roadway/utility infrastructure design and construction administration for numerous commercial, education, business parks, retail, residential and industrial civil engineering land development projects. David Swallow is Deputy CEO for the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada, serving the Las Vegas metropolitan area and surrounding communities. In this role, Swallow oversees the planning, engineering, and funding programs for the region’s transportation infrastructure, development of new transit facilities and systems, operation of the public bike share system, implementation and support of new technologies and coordination of roadway and freeway operations through the region’s traffic management center. Swallow is a licensed professional engineer with more than 26 years of transportation-related experience. Adrian Share is responsible for overseeing the design and engineering of rail infrastructure for Brightline West including the rail corridor, systems and support facilities, and for the procurement of rolling stock. Mr. Share is a 30+-year rail and transit veteran, who came from Brightline Florida, where he oversaw the engineering, construction management and final delivery of the Miami to West Palm Beach segment as well as the engineering and environmental work of the West Palm Beach to Orlando segment. Prior to joining Brightline Florida, Mr. Share served as Florida District Leader and Program Manager at HNTB Corporation (“HNTB”). Mr. Share holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tulane University and a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University and is a Professional Engineer in Florida. Alyssa Rodriguez currently serves as the Director of Information Technology for the City of Henderson, Nevada and is responsible for the City’s technology infrastructure, applications, and assets. Alyssa started at Henderson in 2008 as a project engineer and progressed to roles as the City Traffic Engineer and the Assistant Director of Public works. Recent work in transportation technology and a passion for smart cities led to the transfer to information technology. Her background includes a wide variety of transportation engineering and planning projects including traffic impact studies, traffic signal design, maintenance management and asset management systems, and fleet management. Prior to joining the City, Alyssa worked as a consultant with Orth-Rodgers and Associates and as a research assistant with the Western Transportation Institute. Following many years of volunteer activity, Alyssa was elected as the 2021 International President of ITE, a society for transportation professionals. A proud MSU Bobcat, Alyssa received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from MSU and volunteered with the Alumni Foundation. |
